Joshua Weiner is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal courts of New Jersey and the State courts of New York.
He received his J.D. from the Hofstra University School of Law in 2006, and his B.A. from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Mr. Weiner has published a course handbook for the Practicing Law Institute, titled "Recent Supreme Court Decisions Impacting on Title VII and Section 1981 Jurisprudence", (2007).
He practices in the areas of labor and employment law, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.
